It is a plant native to Central Asia, considered one of the noblest that populate the earth, and among ancient cultures, it was classified as a Master plant or power plant. The therapeutic properties and applications are exceptional in both humans and animals.

There are different varieties of “cannabis”, “hemp” or “marijuana”, all of them belonging to the genus Cannabis. They differ between them by the amount of fiber they contain and the concentration of active substances.

CBD or cannabidiol is a substance that is extracted from the Hemp / Cannabis flower. More than 421 molecules have been described in cannabis extracts, two of which are in higher concentration: tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and CBD, among which the phytocannabinoids stand out. In addition to terpenes, flavonoids, Omega 3/6 antioxidants, proteins, minerals, and vitamins.

Studies show how CBD or cannabidiol, once it enters the body, can bind to receptors in a very specific way, which contain molecules very similar to those of the plant, generating an intracellular response. Scientists named these molecules cannabinoids (CBD) and later the Endocannabinoid System. The receptors of the endocannabinoid system present in humans and animals are modulators of pain and inflammation, they act in different organism processes, and in the skin they act as bactericides, moisturizers, and antioxidants.

The endocannabinoid system is a complex regulatory structure of different processes in mammals that includes CBD in a molecule identical to that of cannabis. Its main function is to help in pain and inflammation processes, among the main pathologies that affect pets.

Pets can suffer from arthritis, a degenerative disease with no cure, and one of the leading causes of chronic pain in older pets.

Cannabis is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6 (iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus) and vitamins (E, A, B and C) responsible for the maintenance and hydration of the skin. The Endocannabinoid System is involved in the maintenance of epithelial cells, as well as in the tolerance of immune cells in the skin. The imbalance in the internal processes of the skin can cause the development of pathologies, such as seborrhea, atopic dermatitis, or psoriasis. Numerous studies show that CBD overexposure in epithelial tissue has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anti-pruritic effects.

The benefits of CBD can be used in both topical products and edibles.

The topical use of CBD Oil has several effects: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, helps reduce acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Do not clog pores. Its great easy absorption and penetration improves blood circulation and dryness of the skin as it nourishes it and provides it with Omega 3 and 6, natural moisturizers that help keep the skin free of radicals that make it age, helping to strengthen the natural barrier of the skin and to stimulate cell regeneration.

So the skin will look healthier and smoother, in the 2 presentations it can work, the more natural and the higher concentration of CBD present in the product, the faster the recovery will be. It is advisable to use both topical and edible treatments for faster and more complete action.

The risks are practically nil, studies show that even taking an amount of CBD higher than recommended, there are no known cases of intoxication.

THC better known as Tetra-Hydrocababinol O delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) is, together with CBD, the main active compound in cannabis AND the main psychoactive component of the plant, but not the only one, until it has now been established that a cannabis bud contains more than 400 different substances. But CBD is also used to counteract the effects of THC.

The levels of THC in the plant depend on many factors, the first one, the variety of cannabis, Sativa, Indica, temperature, humidity, everything related to planting and caring for the seeds. This is why there are varieties whose THC levels are so low that they are not considered marijuana but hemp and, therefore, are legal.

THC also has high UV absorbing properties that are being studied could protect the plant from harmful radiation exposure.

KannaValley Products are developed with CBD oil from high-quality crops that guarantee 99.98% CBD and 0.2% THC, this means that THC is unnoticeable, therefore, there are no psychoactive effects.

Relieves and improves allergies, eczema, and other skin problems, such as atopic dermatitis that promotes the growth of common germs on canine skin, such as bacteria and fungi. The bactericidal, fungicidal effects of CBD help restore balance to the skin.

CBD provides hydration and shine to hair. Helps rebuild damaged hair, provides elasticity and softness thanks to vitamin E, gamma-linoleic acid, essential fatty acids for hair growth and nutrition, and hydration of the scalp.

KannaValley oil has different applications, due to its powerful anti-inflammatory power, it is recommended for joint pain, especially in elderly pets. The skin in this area dries out by rubbing it with the ground, forming Callus that when hardening closes the pore and prevents the hair from coming out, the CBD oil helps to improve its appearance and keep it hydrated and nourished. It is also recommended to surround the pads of the paws, especially at night so that the oil acts during sleep.

It is recommended if the pet has very long hair to trim a little so that the oil penetrates the skin and does not stay in the hair.

CBD works with an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, reducing swelling and relieving joint pain. orally or topically.

Joint pain has two main origins. one its wear and tear and consequent inflammation, such as osteoarthritis; and 2 due to an autoimmune disease or infection such as rheumatoid arthritis. These types of conditions are accompanied by severe pain for which CBD is a great help.

It does not have any contraindications, nor any side effects, all the ingredients are natural plant and flower oils.

It can be used from any age even in puppies, the components do not pose a risk, read and correctly follow the instructions for each product.

Most pets are protected from the sun by their coat. For this reason, it is not good to shave them to zero, even if it is very hot, exposing their skin to the sun in the hours that more UV rays can cause burns as severe or more than to humans. The breeds that are more sensitive to suffering skin lesions apart from albino dogs are among many short-haired Pitbulls, Bull Terriers, Dalmatians, Boxers, etc …
